Public Notice – Beware of Fraudulent Activities

SD Ayurveda has become aware of unauthorized individuals and entities falsely representing themselves as employees, agents, distributors, or representatives of SD Ayurveda.

We issue this public advisory to safeguard our customers, distributors, partners, and the general public.

1. No Unauthorized Representatives

SD Ayurveda:

  • Does not appoint agents or representatives without official written authorization.

  • Does not request payments through personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, or unofficial channels.

  • Does not offer job placements, dealership rights, franchise opportunities, or distributorships without formal documentation and direct communication from official company channels.

Any person claiming association with SD Ayurveda without verifiable proof should be treated with caution.

2. Official Communication Channels

All official communication from SD Ayurveda will be conducted only through:

  • The official website: https://www.sdayurveda.com

  • Official company email addresses (ending with the company domain)

  • Verified company contact numbers

We strongly advise customers not to trust messages, calls, or emails from unofficial sources.

3. No Advance Payments for Offers

SD Ayurveda does not demand advance processing fees, registration charges, security deposits, or similar payments for:

  • Employment offers

  • Promotional schemes

  • Prize claims

  • Business collaborations

If you receive such a request in our name, it is fraudulent.

4. Verification Procedure

If you are unsure about the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from SD Ayurveda, please verify by contacting us directly through our official contact details before making any payment or sharing personal information.

5. Limitation of Liability

SD Ayurveda shall not be responsible for:

  • Losses arising from fraudulent transactions made with unauthorized individuals

  • Payments made to third parties falsely claiming association with us

  • Sharing of personal or financial information with fraudulent sources

We encourage immediate reporting of suspected fraud to local law enforcement authorities.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This public notice shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to misuse of the Company’s name, brand, or identity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.), India.
