This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through https://www.sdayurveda.com (“Website”), operated by SD Ayurveda (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact our support team prior to placing an order.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying order values.
SD Ayurveda reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email or SMS (if provided). Customers may track their shipment directly through the respective courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable:
The order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping may require additional charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
SD Ayurveda shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by incorrect address information
Failed delivery due to unreachable contact numbers
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, re-dispatch charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.
Immediately notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs/videos of the package and product.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
9. Delays Beyond Control
SD Ayurveda shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes or transport disruptions
Pandemic-related restrictions
Force majeure events
In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended without liability.
10. Partial Deliveries
In rare cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on availability. Customers will be notified if such a situation arises.
11. Risk of Loss
All products purchased from SD Ayurveda are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to shipments and deliveries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.), India.
