This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy governs purchases made through https://www.sdayurveda.com (“Website”) operated by SD Ayurveda (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Products
SD Ayurveda deals in Ayurvedic, herbal, wellness, and health-related products. Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of such products, returns and refunds are subject to strict quality and safety conditions.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only under the following circumstances:

The product packaging is tampered before opening
Conditions for Return Approval:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product must be shared
Returns requested after the specified time frame may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Products

Personal care items once opened
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, consumable and ingestible products cannot be returned once opened.
4. Refund Policy
Once a return request is approved and the product is received (if required), refunds will be processed as follows:

Refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer after receiving valid bank details
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
5. Replacement Policy

6. Order Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. If cancelled successfully:

B. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. However, eligible return requests may be considered as per Section 2.
7. Failed Deliveries

8. Quality Disclaimer
Ayurvedic products may have variations in color, aroma, or texture due to natural ingredients. Such variations do not qualify as defects and shall not be grounds for return.
Results may vary from person to person depending on individual body constitution and health conditions. No guarantees of specific outcomes are implied.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to purchases made on this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.), India.
